Popularly known as the Month-of Coordination package, this is a “Peace of Mind” essential for DIY (Do It Yourself) couples. You have planned the majority of the wedding; now, you need a professional to step in, tie up the loose ends, and execute your vision flawlessly.
What’s Included:
Final Month Management: Service begins one month prior to your wedding date to oversee all finalized details and vendor contracts.
Detailed Event Timeline: Creation of a comprehensive schedule that anticipates potential issues and accounts for every detail involving your bridal party and vendors.
Dual-Ceremony Coordination: On-site management for both the Traditional and White ceremonies when held on the same day.
On-Site Logistics Team: Management by one Event Manager and one Coordinator for up to 10 hours on the wedding day.
Operational Setup: The team arrives 2–3 hours before the start time to ensure everything is in place before the first guest arrives.
Customization & Add-ons:
Guest Scaling: Base package covers 50–150 guests. For every 50 additional guests, the investment increases by GH₵500.00 to accommodate an extra coordinator.
Traditional Only: For coordination of the Traditional wedding ceremony only, investment starts at GH₵3,000.00.
White Wedding Only: For coordination of the White wedding ceremony only, investment starts at GH₵4,000.00.
Travel & Destination: For weddings outside Accra, additional fees apply to cover transportation and professional accommodation.
