The Eventive Xperience was established in the month of April, 2019. In Ghana, we call it the butterfly month. Interestingly, the butterfly is our logo, Coincidence or intentional? We like to call it Precision.

We appreciate the life cycle of the butterfly and what it goes through to look beautiful. With that same concept, we believe that no matter what the details to your event are, with thoughtful planning and deliberate steps from initiation to completion, together with a little magic we will make your event beautiful.

Esther Esa Acolatse

CERTIFIED PLANNER IN GHANA, LOVER OF ARTS & LOVE ADDICT

Esa is the Creative Lead and proud founder of The Eventive Xperience. She studied Real Estate, has a background in Project Management and is a Certified wedding planner.

What sets her apart is her ability to create a one-of-a-kind event by building a true relationship with the clients she meets. Her goal is to treat them like family, therefore this beautiful bond she creates extends beyond the client’s big day.

Her inspiration originates from nature, interior design, fashion, lifestyle trends and her wonderful clients. She manages to tell a story that is custom made and reflects her client’s true aesthetics and preference.

Her innate creativity combined with her aptitude for project management is what makes her invaluable to those she works with and the vendor’s favorite client as they like to call her.

As a certified wedding and event planner, Esa’s goal is to make you experience a stress –free planning experience and hopefully exceed her client’s expectation. Her passion stems from a need to create something unique and ultimately be a part of beautiful memories.

Getting to know each client and their unique story, taste, seeing them have their moment on the dancefloor fills up her love tank.
