Ok, so I chose Esa to be my wedding planner, not because she is my friend, but because I have had the opportunity to watch her lead and exhibit her creativity over the years.
I must say she is very diligent with her work, resourceful and above all, she puts herself into what she does. She is not the kind of planner who only sits afar and commands, but rather she gets involved.
What impressed me? I must say “Everything” YES EVERYTHING; from buying items herself, branding my invites and souvenirs, the recommendations here and there, helping with minor details that should have the responsibility and headache of my family. Last but not least, her sense of accountability for every penny!!!
I remember when the guest number exceeded, and I was having a panic attack, LOL. She gave me the assurance that it would be sorted, and true to her word, it was! That really made my day.
In all I must say, “You did amazing and the energy you bring on board is unmatched! Thank you Esa and I will recommend you any day!”

So right from the onset, hubby and I had decided not to engage the services of an event planner because we felt we had enough time to do everything ourselves and also a way to cut down some cost. Esa came into the picture, and the entire plan changed.

As a guest this is my honest observation: The decor was amazing and I loved the fact that there was the ‘lounge’ setting, the ‘dinnerish’ setting and the usual party setting, not forgetting the photo booth which ‘Borst’ everyone’s mind.
For the food, I loved the fact that we prepared our own salad. And the set-up was a beauty. Indeed, an All White party. The cocktails were goooood. Enjoyed the music too. The acoustic guys did so well. DJ on point with the hits.
Overall experience, I could tell a lot went into the planning. INTENTIONAL planning paaaa. And I loved the fact that the birthday girl made it all about her. It was indeed her party😂 I also saw how Esa consistently prompted the birthday girl on the next move as well as The Eventive Xperience team. Coded things paaaa.

I contacted Esa a few months before my wedding. As much as I had everything put together, I needed someone I had a personal connection with to handle my big day, and when she told me she was into event planning, I knew my prayers had been answered.
She will constantly stay in touch with her reminders, which were so helpful. I told my Maid of Honour what I wanted for my bridal shower, but as to how she would pull it off, that was her headache.
She contacted Esa, and they worked closely to give me that big surprise. It was such a fun night, and the more I think about it, the more I want to spend time with my ladies. We even came up with a name for my girls, "dope nation". Too much energy, it seemed they were high on dopamine.
