This is our premium, full-service wedding planning experience designed specifically for extremely busy and/or out-of-town couples. We handle the logistics from the moment your date is set, allowing you to focus on each other while we manage the “leg work”.
What’s Included:
- Comprehensive Planning: Full-service management from the moment the date is set through the wedding day.
- Vendor Management: Researching, vetting, and onboarding preferred and suitable vendors to match your vision.
- Dual-Ceremony Coverage: Full coordination for both the traditional and white ceremonies (same-day events).
- Professional On-Site Team: One Event Manager and two Coordinators present 2–3 hours before the event start time.
- Guest Management: Base package covers 50–150 guests, with seamless scaling options for larger celebrations.
Customization & Add-ons:
- Large Guest Lists: For every 50 additional guests, the investment increases by GH₵500.00 to ensure adequate staffing and detail management.
- Multi-Day Events: Extend your celebration to a 2-day event for an investment of GH₵18,000.00.
- White Wedding Only: For couples focused solely on the White wedding ceremony, the investment starts at GH₵10,000.00.
- Destination Weddings: For ceremonies outside Accra, travel and accommodation fees are billed based on location.
