  3. Vendor Procurement: Sourcing and managing professional catering, high-end audiovisual (AV) teams, security, and specialized event staff.

  4. Front-of-House Coordination: Managing guest check-ins, media registries, and ensuring a seamless flow for VIPs and stakeholders.

  5. Dedicated Execution Team: One Senior Event Manager and two professional Coordinators present for the duration of the setup and event.

Corporate-Specific Features:

  1. Marketing Team Collaboration: We act as an extension of your marketing department; you handle the product sales and PR, we handle the environment and experience.

  2. Base Guest Capacity: Covers up to 150 attendees. For larger corporate activations, staffing is scaled at an extra cost per additional coordinator to maintain professional standards.

Corporate Booking Terms

 * Corporate Retention: A 50% commitment fee is required to secure the date and begin vendor procurement.
 * Professional Billing: Detailed invoices and service level agreements (SLAs) provided for corporate accounting purposes.
 * Lead Time: Minimum of 8 weeks’ notice preferred for brand events to ensure high-quality vendor availability.
