End-to-End Planning: Management from concept to completion, including theme development and mood board creation to ensure a cohesive look.
Curated Vendor Sourcing: We research, vet, and manage the perfect team—caterers, decorators, photographers, and entertainment—tailored to your style.
On-Site Execution: A Lead Planner and Assistant on-site for up to 8 hours to oversee vendor arrivals, program flow, and pack-down.
Detailed “Run of Show”: A professional timeline to ensure every special moment, from the first toast to the cake cutting, happens seamlessly.
Customization & Add-ons:
Large Guest Lists: For celebrations exceeding 100 guests, an additional investment of GH₵500.00 applies for every 50 extra guests to cover additional staffing.
Multi-Day Celebrations: For milestone weekends or 2-day retreats, investment starts at GH₵9,000.00.
Destination Socials: For events outside of Accra, travel and professional accommodation for the team will be billed based on the location.
